The ecosystem

Over time, different strands of practice began asking different questions, moving at different rhythms, and finding expression through different forms. What began as independent projects gradually evolved into a connected creative ecosystem, shaped by narrative, direction, and intent.

Today, the ecosystem spans brand, people, and fiction. Together, these spaces explore how narrative and creative systems shape the way stories move through culture and into the future. Every project offers a different perspective on the same broader inquiry, allowing insights to travel across disciplines and return in new forms.

This way of working has created continuity without limiting exploration. Each space follows its own rhythm and logic while remaining connected through a shared direction. Some ideas call for strategic structure. Others unfold through experimentation, cultural dialogue, or long-form reflection. Giving each practice the room to evolve on its own terms allows the ecosystem to grow while maintaining coherence over time.
At the heart of the ecosystem is a belief in authorship. Stories do more than communicate ideas; they influence how people make sense of the world, how organizations evolve, how leaders define direction, and how futures become imaginable. Narrative strategy, creative direction, intentional storytelling, film, and writing are different ways of engaging with that belief. Together, they explore a question that continues to shape my work:

What future are you authoring?

The ecosystem carries everyday life through it. Time spent with children. Long rides into headwinds. Wrong turns, pauses, shifting priorities, and the ongoing effort to balance ambition with presence. These experiences have become part of the same inquiry, shaping how I think about stories, systems, and the futures they make possible.

The question that first surfaced during my career break in 2022 continues to guide the work today. What began as a period of reflection gradually became a different way of practicing: a connected creative ecosystem where organizations, leaders, creative collaborators, and fictional worlds each offer a different way of exploring how stories move, how meaning is created, and how meaningful futures are consciously authored.
