Mamvi Studio

In 2011, Mamvi aimed to be more than a commercial studio. The challenge was to define a strategic identity and visual language that captured its mission of telling meaningful stories, with a focus on art direction for film, while guiding both client work and internal culture.

As co-founder and Creative Director, I defined Mamvi’s brand positioning and translated its mission into a coherent design system and narrative framework. This included articulating core values, crafting a visual identity that reflected the studio’s “own language,” and developing a market-ready toolkit of creative assets. The identity was designed to be bold yet flexible, supporting high-profile clients while staying rooted in purposeful storytelling.

The brand identity became the foundation for Mamvi’s creative work from 2011 to 2016. It gave the studio a clear and enduring sense of self, attracting clients such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Amsterdam Open Air, Soenda Festival, and Björn Borg while inspiring the internal team to work with purpose. Over time, Mamvi’s language — both visual and narrative — became synonymous with its way of working: rooted in love, alive with curiosity, and unafraid to stand apart.
